All of our goods go through stringent quality checks to ensure they arrive
with you in perfect condition. If your chosen fireplace is made from natural
materials, we will build and photograph your fireplace from various angles
to make sure you are happy with the graining. Once this is completed, we
will email you the pictures for your approval.
We will then remove your existing fireplace and remove all debris. It is
recommended that you have your chimney swept prior to arrival as our fitters
will need to see the certificate they leave you. You can find chimney sweepers
in most Yellow Pages and an approximate cost is £35-£40.
Our fitters then begin to install your fireplace. All our fitters are Corgi
registered and have insurance policy values of £5 million. We also
have National Trust registered fitters for listed building work.
The fireplace now begins to take shape. Most of the fitting can be done
in one day including bespoke work. We also bring slabs and a 2 metre marble
saw to cut on site, as this gives a much more accurate finish with minimum
fuss and mess.
The fireplace is finished. After you have checked it and are happy with
your new fireplace, we collect the balance and have a cup of tea and go.
We pride ourselves on our after sales, so you are left with a care kit and
a phone number to call with any queries. We will also always try to fix
any mishap that may happen after it is fitted regardless of time.
